We will use the information about you to contact you in the form of email updates. We will post you copies of the LGCS Journal.

We will never send marketing communications other than information relating directly to the Society, or events and initiatives we are linked to or involved with.  You can ask us at any time to update your marketing preferences.
 
How can I access my information?  Can I amend information you hold about me?
 
It is your right to request copies of any information that we may hold about you.
 
So we can ensure your data is up to date you may ask us any point to remove or correct any information deemed inaccurate.  
 
Retention of data
 
Your data will be deleted once you leave the society.
